SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

​

  • All Items are shipped in the order they are received, usually within 48 hours

  • You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with tracking information.

  • Items are to be mailed to physical address recognized by the USPS

  • Evidence is captured before sealing your item for shipping to ensure that your items arrives in the best possible condition. In the event that your item arrives damaged, we will make every effort to make it right. However, some things are out of hands and will work to partner with the shipping provider to resolve any issues.

Return Policy
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Special and custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship.

Return Period:

  • Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase date.

  • Return requests made after 30 days of purchase date are not eligible for return, exchange or replacement.

  • Items must be postmarked (package dropped off for return at the carrier) within 7 days of getting an RMA # from us. Packages not sent back promptly will incur a 10% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

 

Note: During the Christmas Holidays, this return period is extended; orders placed in November and December may be returned or exchanged before January 30 of the following year.

 

Return Procedure:

For all returns, the customer must use the returns form located here. All fields are required on the form. Please ensure your order number is accurate or return acknowledgement may take longer than normal to cross-reference. Please allow for up to 48 hours to receive a response from us.

DO NOT return your purchase without first completing the return form.

This RMA# must be written on the box(es) so that the return is identifiable when it is returned to us.  Additional Order# information & contact information helps to clarify the return and to speed up the return/refund process.  If the RMA# and contact information is not provided on the returned package we will not know who has returned it and will not be able to issue a refund.

When shipping items back please take the same care we took in packing your item. Failure to pack the item properly may result in damage that will be deducted from your return.

Return Shipping:

The Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Please understand that free return shipping is not included with your purchase from us. We do not offer free return shipping or return shipping labels. When shipping items back, insurance for the item shall be purchased to cover the purchase price of the item at a minimum.  Note: usually the cost of return shipping is higher than the original shipping you paid due to the volume discount we receive from our providers.

Refusal of delivery cannot always guarantee a refund. In other words, do not refuse shipment just to avoid paying the return shipping.  

For any order that is returned to us due to delivery refusal or non-delivery (ie. no one is available after 3 delivery attempts), the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Again, the cost of return shipping is usually higher than the original shipping paid.
